hypathetical situation:

If you had only one really cool friend and u knew they were the best in the world, no mater wat u go through with them, would u delete them off r msn messager account????

Just to share my thoughts on this hypathetical situation: a few weeks ago, i had a best friend who i looked up 2 n who i appreciated n leared from him, to accept things as they come.He tought me how be stronger n not to let others bring me down. It took a while for me to learn but he was always there to listen n to give me advice & guide me as much as he could. When anything came to my mind 1st person i would tell would be 'him', even if it was silly things,n even painful things.... i would share them with him & i grew to really look up to him & i think the same for him.

Until recently, he decided he needed a change n with that our friendship changed also due to 'his ignorance which i didnt appreciate'. i decided we should let things go n find our different paths, because along the way, friends come n go, its a way of life!

hug_mug_jug are you the one being deleted or are you the one deciding on deleting someone? When you say delete...do you mean delete the name out of your list of buddies?

I think the question isn't to delete or not to delete....I think the better question would be why delete?

...and why would he need counseling? Even I'm confused by the statement "I feel loved no matter what" while here he is talking about feeling hurt because of your rejection.

what do you think about that? If you decided that it was a waste of time listening to her or spending time with her...why feel hurt if she deletes you off her buddy list?

p.s. If you came to the conclusion that you messed up and you miss your best friend...then start by saying sorry...

Is your MSN messenger the only place you store your best friend? I mean, just because you delete them from there, does that mean that you're not friends anymore? Do you have your best friend stored as your #1 in your speed dial? If you don't want to be best friends any more, and just want to be friends, does that mean you simply put a BLOCK on incoming messages instead of deleting their SN?
