problem with search

i dunno if i'm the first to notice or not.. but there is a search problem i've noticed a while ago.. and it still isn't fixed.. check it.. when, for instance, you're viewing pics or checkin out forums.. you're no longer in the main directory where the main index.php file is.. this is the problem because the search is located in that directory.. when u go to forums/ or forums/photos/, the search no longer works.. just thought u guys might wanna check that out..

Yeah the search box is part of the portal and it's main file is located in the home directory and the links are relative rather then direct. But it isn't really necessary on the forum or photo album because it only does searching through portal page. I took it out so it doesn't cause problems.

At first I thought you were talking about the quick search feature in the photo album, for now that is not fixable but once it is we'll fix it.

While I was at it i fixed the private message link while in the photo album.

oh yeah.. the private message was the other one i couldn't remember..

but about the search.. why don't u just redirect the "search" button to the parent directory? i think theres a way to do that... isn't there?
